Microtrenching: The Low Impact Buried Plant Method

Microtrenching involves cutting a small trench (no more than 3/4” wide and 12” deep) into roadsides, sidewalks, and grassy areas. Fiber is then laid into this trench, and then covered up again. There are several reasons to consider using microtrenching, read more to learn these reasons.

Using Multi-duct for FTTH build out a cost-effective option!

Multi-duct is when 2 or more small ducts are combined in a plastic over sheath.  Two popular versions of multi-duct are a four micro-duct and a seven micro-duct. When used in this way, fewer access points, or hand holes can be placed along the path.
