ABOUT THIS PROJECT:

In 2019, Yates Engineering Services won a bid to complete 200 plus miles of fiber to connect all of KVREMCs substations. This work has been performed over a 5-year period in 4 phases, and will be complete in 2024. This Network enables KVREMC to do lightning fast Signaling, Control and Data Acquisition, as well as be a backbone for future internet service to members and connectivity to other ISPs.
